Peace has been restored in Lagos as students protested the death of companions

After pupils from Ojodu Grammar School took to the streets to protest the death of one of their classmates, peace has been restored in the Ojodu area of Lagos State.

On Tuesday, a trailer crushed several of the school's students, killing some on the scene and sending others to hospitals.

Students and residents in the region were outraged by the occurrence.

Students at the school took to the streets early this morning to protest the murder of one of their classmates. Despite the fact that the demonstration was nonviolent, several students hit and scratched automobiles passing by.

An eyewitness identified as Ebunoluwa reported that she encountered the protesting students while on her way to a healthcare visit.

"I was driving to a doctor's appointment when I came upon the students demonstrating on the road." Yesterday, I noticed the truck that was involved in the collision. However, today, while I went about my routine, these students began to protest by hitting my car. They have scratched my automobile, but I can't do anything about it."

With weeping eyes, a mom whose kid was a victim of the tragedy, simply known as Iya Mariam, revealed that the event had put two of her children enrolled in the school in the hospital.
