The images of detainees who escaped from Jos Medium Security Custodial Centre on Sunday were released by the Ministry of Interior on Thursday.
On November 28, 262 convicts fled from the institution, but ten of them were recovered, according to the interior ministry.
The government released information on the remaining 252 people on the run on Thursday.
It urged members of the public to report the individuals to the local police station if they came into touch with them, warning that they were dangerous.
"On Sunday, November 28, 2021, the aforesaid sought suspects escaped legal custody from the Medium Security Custodial Centre, Jos," it stated.
"Please contact the Nigeria Correctional Service's Complaints Response Desk at 09060004598 or 08075050006 for tips, sightings, or any information on the location; anybody with good information will be rewarded."
It is a criminal punishable by law to aid an escaped convict in any way, according to the ministry (s).
The Jos jailbreak is the 15th similar episode in the last year, with eight of those attempts succeeding.
