Royal Air Maroc international flights from and to Morocco are cancelled in both directions from November 29th, 2021 at 23:59, until December 13th, 2021 at 23:59, due to a decision by Moroccan authorities.
In this context, Royal Air Maroc assists its customers by approving ticket changes and refunds from and to Morocco according to the following choices for any ticket having an initial travel date between

November 30th and December 13th, 2021:

• A change without penalty (fare difference may apply) for a new travel date until March 31, 2022 to or from the same destination or another point in the Royal Air Maroc network, except for new travel dates

within fifteen days of the resume of RAM flights, for which the change will be completely free. It's worth noting that the beginning trip time can be altered. (Each section will have its own set of change circumstances.)

Or

• Refund by nominative voucher, non-transferable, valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. This voucher is refundable in cash on its expiration date if it is not used, and on the Customer's request (3) months after it has expired. During the validity time of his ticket, the Customer must contact his original place of sale to request his voucher.

Or

• Cash refund: During the validity term of his ticket, the Customer must visit his original place of sale to receive a cash return.

RAM has unique flights that leave from Morocco.
During the period when flights to and from Morocco are suspended, Royal Air Maroc will organize special flights only departing from Morocco to other locations, subject to the clearance of authorities.
