Osimhen took the chance to pose for a photo and exchanged jerseys with the Juventus star.
The 22-year-was in action for 75 minutes in the thrilling encounter.
The forward was replaced by Andre Petagna, while Ronaldo featured for 90 minutes.
He has scored twice in nine league appearances for Napoli this season.
