Nigerian striker Abraham Marcus has been voted Portuguese Liga 2 Player of the Month For January, reports
Marcus scored three goals in four league appearances for CD Fierense during the month.
The 21-year-old beat the duo of Mohammed Bouldini of Academica and Estoril Praia midfielder Crespo to the individual prize.
The young forward has scored seven goals and recorded one assist in 14 appearances across all competitions for Fierense this season.
The award was decided by coaches of teams in playing Portuguese Liga 2.
