Junior doctors at the Wa Regional Hospital have given government up to the end of October to pay them their six months salary arrears.
According to the doctors, they have been working under strenuous conditions for the past six months without pay from the government.
Speaking to Joy News on condition of anonymity, the junior doctors said they only depend on stipends given to them by the hospital which cannot cater for their personal needs let alone that of the entire family.
They said they can no longer take it and have demanded that government as a matter of urgency cough out the six months salary owed them.
