What is email marketing? Email marketing, email, or mailing is a great tool to communicate with our customers. Email marketing is powerful and, if used correctly, can yield successful conversion results. We provide quality content and personalized value to the users.

Our primary goal in any email marketing campaign is to convert our prospects into potential customers. How? sending messages to groups of contacts, but not aggressively. 

The customer who receives our message has already given us his data, with which he has a predisposition to receive the information that we are going to send him. This often happens when we buy tickets for shows or make reservations on the Internet.

Today, everyone has an email, even if it's to create an account on Facebook. Everyone has it. Not everyone uses it with the same frequency, which is why we must establish our aim precisely.

Email marketing intervenes at every stage of our relationship with the customer: first impression, prospecting, conversion, retention, and retention. The main purpose of the mailing is to get new customers. But besides this, it can meet three fundamental objectives:

  5. Immediacy. Special offers are essential at special times such as Christmas or Father's Day to let us know.
